Job Overview

Role: Part-Time Company Representative
Hours: Up to 20 hours/week, Weeknights and Weekends
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to retail stores to verify and update contact info
Share product information, upcoming promotions, and new releases with retailers
Engage with stores through our online portal, answering questions and offering guidance
Stay up-to-date on AEG’s game catalog and industry trends

Qualifications

Outgoing, personable, and able to build rapport with new contacts
Passion for tabletop games, with a solid knowledge of AEG’s catalog
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and work independently
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online portals and CRM tools
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
